Each player may hold only one registered account at 701 Pub. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 701 Pub, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
All bonus funds credited to your 701 Pub account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Any use of automated software, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited. 701 Pub reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is detected.
Withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are only processed to accounts verified in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
701 Pub operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the 701 Pub Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform without registering.
2.3 701 Pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms are supplemented by the 701 Pub Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the 701 Pub Platform. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 701 Pub strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of Players.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 701 Pub makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 701 Pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
701 Pub may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 701 Pub support immediately.
4.3 701 Pub reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
4.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 701 Pub will notify the Player by email prior to applying any dormancy policy to the Account balance.
701 Pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the Finance / Wallet page of the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. 701 Pub does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). 701 Pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the 701 Pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 701 Pub is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
6.1 701 Pub may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than ten times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
6.3 Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Sports betting bonuses may not be used on casino games and vice versa, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6.4 701 Pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
6.5 Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts may be suspended.
6.6 D&T Ranking cash prizes and cashback rewards credited as real-money funds carry no additional wagering requirement. Reload bonuses and free bet rewards issued through the D&T Ranking system are subject to standard wagering conditions as stated in the D&T Ranking terms.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are published on the relevant game or betting page of the Platform.
7.2 Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 701 Pub reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, 701 Pub's decision shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
7.4 701 Pub reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player account at its sole discretion. Bet limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and Player tier.
7.5 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. 701 Pub is not liable for any delay in the acceptance of a live bet caused by network latency, system load, or other technical factors beyond our reasonable control.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 701 Pub Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.2 701 Pub employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement authorities and financial institutions to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. All suspicious activity is logged and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
9.1 All content on the 701 Pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the D&T Ranking system design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 701 Pub or its licensed content providers.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The 701 Pub name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 701 Pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 701 Pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
10.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the acceptance of a Wager, 701 Pub's liability shall be limited to the return of the original stake placed by the Player.
10.4 701 Pub is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, or as a result of unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access was facilitated by the Player's own negligence.
11.1 701 Pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings.
11.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting 701 Pub support or by activating the self-exclusion feature in their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 701 Pub will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications to the Player.
11.3 701 Pub strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the payment source after verification.

12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 701 Pub support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.
12.2 701 Pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, 701 Pub may withhold any balance pending investigation.
12.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14 of these Terms shall survive termination.
13.1 701 Pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 701 Pub will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 701 Pub's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint in writing to the support email address listed in Section 15. 701 Pub will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
